Vietnam's Huong Giang made it first to the top 20, then the top 10 and now, finished as one of 3 finalists in the Sexiest Woman Alive online selections. Globalbeauties, the leading online magazine for international beauty pageants created the title
Leah Marville, Miss Barbados World 2009, took the prize as the Sexiest Woman Alive 2009. She is 24 years old and stands at 1.73m. Leah is the first Caribbean woman to be named Sexiest Woman Alive.
Sandra Seifert, 25, Miss Philippines Earth, 1st runner-up of Globalbeautie's Sexiest Woman Alive 2009:
Tran Thi Huong Giang is 22 and stands 1.8m, she was the 2nd runner-up of Miss Vietnam Global. She was also selected in the Top 16 of Miss World 2009. Being one of the Sexiest Women Alive in 2009 will be of great encouragement for Huong Giang and also strongly affirms that Vietnamese women are on the international beauty map.
